So, you are a multi-billion dollar company that has just spent 300 million dollars on a new arctic research vessel, but you can't decide on a name. It appears that, in providing an opportunity for the public to name a very expensive science vessel something that would seem more appropriate for a toddler's TV show, it sparked a whole new wave of providing new and amusing names to serious topics.
